These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the macOS applications provided by GM Shrek ("we", "our", or "us"): MouseBoost, OmniReader, OmniZip and so on(the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Use of the Apps

• You may use our Apps for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Apps does not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the normal operation of the Apps.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to MouseBoost, OmniReader, and OmniZip are the property of GM Shrek or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps or included software, except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

3. User Content & Data

• All files you open, read, compress, or decompress with our Apps are processed locally on your device. We do not access, upload, or store your files.
• You are solely responsible for the legality and content of the files you process using our Apps.
• For features that allow integration with third-party services (e.g., AI models in OmniReader), you are responsible for complying with those services' terms and privacy policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that they will meet your requirements.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, damages, or other liabilities resulting from your use of the Apps.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GM Shrek and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Apps.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
